It’s OK

Not a long post today, and this might not be a popular topic but let’s talk about Grief. It’s OK to feel it and acknowledge what’s going on when you’ve experienced loss. It can be loss of a person, a life you used to have, or many other things that give you a sense of emptiness.

I don’t have enough experience with this program to say whether I recommend it or not, but there are many places that offer a workshop called Grief Share. Here’s a link to their website.

Unfortunately, all of us at some point in our life will experience grief. Hopefully, when you need it, people will be there to support you in your process to make it a little more OK.
